I would love to teach for your guild or group. Here is my booking information. 

Fees 2024 -2025 (Payment due at end of last workshop or lecture) 

1 day - 6 hour class (9-12, 1-4) $750/day 

2 day 6hr/ day $1500

½ day 3 hour class $400

Lecture/ trunk show $400 (lectures may not be recorded)

This price for up to 20 students. Extra students up to 22max is additional $40//student /per day.

I will only travel to teach or lecture out of state if 1 lecture and 2 days of classes are booked.

Set up requirements for class.:  Two tables for display and demonstration. No more than 2 students per 3’ x 8’ table. Adequate light and outlets. 2 -3 irons and ironing surfaces ( but better if students have their own iron and pressing mat. 2 students can easily share). If flying I need access to a sewing machine for very short demos.

Booking Fee: $200 non-refundable (counts towards total fee) to be paid when contract is signed. You can pay by check or I can send a PayPal invoice.

Expenses: All due last day of workshop

Total Fees (travel, lodging, meals, class fee) _______-($200 booking fee)

Door to door travel: Current federal reimbursement rate $.67 per mile or round trip air-fare, fully refundable ticket, parking, tolls and baggage fees and transportation to and from venue and lodging. Also travel from my home to the Albuquerque International Airport. Including hotel if overnight stay is required for an early flight.

Lodging: Hotel/Motel with onsite food, non-smoking, private room, private bath.

Meals:  to be provided by guild or current federal per diem rates for specific states. including travel days.

Cancellations:

-A guild or group may cancel due to insufficient enrollment 6 weeks prior to the dates of the contract and before the time airline tickets are purchased. Cancellation must be in a person to person phone call and in writing either email or letter.

-If guild or group cancels between 6 weeks and 4 weeks of the contract dates guild will be responsible for ½ contract fees plus airfare if already purchased.

-If guild cancels within 4 weeks of the contract dates the guild/group will pay all the contract fees plus airfare if purchased..

-If cancellation occurs after airline tickets are purchased the guild is responsible to reimburse any nonrefundable expenses as well as contract fees described above.

-If conditions beyond our control (pandemic, snow, hurricane, illness, accident, or serious family emergency etc.) prevent Vicki from teaching or lecturing it is agreed that this contract may be terminated without a penalty payment assessed by either party. Rescheduling may be an option.
